INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-- The American Civil Liberties Union has filed a lawsuit on behalf of an Indianapolis Student.
The Student was told to turn a bracelet inside out that said "I heart boobies."
It's part of a campaign for breast cancer awareness.
The A.C.L.U. says students do not loose their first amendment rights when they enter a school and that the bracelet did not disrupt the educational environment.
