Indianapolis woman wins $1 million on scratch-off

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A woman from suburban Indianapolis won $1 million by playing a Hoosier Lottery scratch-off ticket.
The Hoosier Lottery says Meredith Lowe won one of a dozen $1 million prizes on the Blowout Scratch-off.
She took the cash prize, which was $775,521 before taxes. Lowe plans on using the money to set up trust funds for her family, contribute to her retirement savings, and go on a cruise.
