Indiana's Democratic Party Chairman resigns

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The head of the Indiana Democratic Party handed in his resignation.
Chairman Dan Parker says it's time for a new leader. The announcement comes as Indiana get ready for a big election year.
Hoosiers will pick a new governor, and vote for president
Parker says he'll officially step down once Democrats can find a replacement.
