Indiana's new school voucher program is gaining popularity.
So far, over 2,200 students have already been accepted into the controversial program.
It will allow students to get tax-payer money, to attend private and religious schools.
The Indiana State Teachers Association has filed a lawsuit against the program.
They say it violates the state Constitution.
The two sides will be in court this Thursday, August 11.
