INDOT says Ireland Road Bridge to reopen November 2nd

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—Work on the Ireland Road Bridge will soon be coming to a finish.
The project is about a week behind but INDOT says the bridge should be finished by November 2nd.
Traffic on the U.S. 20 bypass is still restricted to one lane in each direction.
