Innertubing hills open

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Good news for all you snow bunnies from St. Joseph County Parks. The tubing hills at St. Patrick's Park and Baugo Creek Park should be open this weekend weather permitting.
The hills are for inner tubes only. They can be rented at the park for $3 a person.
