MICHIGAN -- Insurance rates are set to go up by $30 per vehicle for drivers in Michigan.
It's all because of the state's Catastrophic Claims Association. The fund pays for unlimited lifetime medical benefits under Michigan’s no-fault auto insurance law.
The association announced every vehicle on the road will have to pay the 21 percent increase starting July 1.
