Investigation reveals non-citizens voting in Michigan

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Despite attempts the State of Michigan's efforts to stop voter fraud, an investigation reveals that non-citizens are voting.

The Grandville City Clerk is combing through voter's registration forms but she cannot check one important thing: whether or not the voters are actually U.S. citizens.

She said the only way to check if people are citizens is their honesty and signature.

All someone needs to vote in Michigan is a state I.D. But having a state I.D. does not mean you are a citizen and that has caused this loophole.

Those who are not citizens and end up voting are committing a felony without even realizing it.
