Irish take their place in the College Football Hall of Fame

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- For the first time ever the Notre Dame Football helmet and flag are in the top position at the College Football Hall of Fame.
The last time the Irish were ranked first was 19 years ago, before the South Bend museum opened.
Notre Dame earned the spot just in time. The College Football Hall of Fame is set to close by the end of the year.
The facility is moving to Atlanta.
