ISP in search of regional dispatchers

BRISTOL, Ind. – In need of work this holiday season?
The Indiana State Police are now accepting applications for regional dispatchers at the Toll Road Regional Dispatch Center.
Officials say there are two openings for the position at the center on County Road 17 which covers the length of the Indiana Toll Road and the Bremen District.
Dispatchers will receive, record, and dispatch information to police through a variety of technical systems.
According to ISP, applicants need to have a high school diploma or GED to apply. Applicants must also be able to sit for extended periods of time.
