The heat wave continues with a heat index of 100 degrees or higher possible through Saturday. Pop-up storms offer temporary relief Monday and Tuesday afternoons. Tonight, will be extremely muggy, around 75 degrees. This is where the heat wave may have its greatest impact, the lack of cooling at night.
Tomorrow sees higher chances for scattered storms through the afternoon, This is why Tuesday will be slightly cooler, than the rest of the week. Showers continue into Wednesday night with light remnants potentially on Wednesday morning. The hottest day are through the end of the week, thanks to more sunshine / less clouds. The heat breaks Sunday, when highs should return to the high 80s, and showers / thunderstorms.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low 75.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny, then PM T-storms. High 92.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy. High 94.
Thursday: Partly cloudy. High 94.
