A Jimtown staff member resigned on Tuesday after Jimtown school administrators learned of that staff member's inappropriate social media relationship with a student.
ABC 57’s partners at the Elkhart Truth, obtained a letter to parents, from Baugo Community Schools superintendent Byron Sanders writing "Baugo Community Schools will not tolerate inappropriate comments made to our students; corrective and disciplinary action will always be promptly taken,"
According to the truth, police and the department of child services, were called right after the allegation came to light.
The name or position of the staff member is still not known.
