John Swoveland Jr's memorial vandalized

The memorial dedicated to John Swoveland Jr. was vandalized.
The memorial, located in Coquillard Park, was put in place to memorialize the toddler who died after he was shot while playing in the front yard of his aunt's home.
Police have not released whether they have any suspects at this time.
