BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- A federal judge has granted a final approval on a $25 million settlement in a class action lawsuit against the city.
A final hearing was held earlier this month, with the court finding the settlement meets all requirements to move forward. The settlement consists of, "all individuals who resided in Benton Harbor for a period of two weeks or more from August 2018 through November 2021."
