Judge delays shooting case

The trial of the teen who is accused of shooting and killing three classmates in Chardon, Ohio has been delayed.

Monday, a judge in the 18-year-old's case said he will hold a hearing in late January to discuss a new trial date for T.J. Lane.

Lane's trial had been scheduled to start next Monday

Prosecutors say Lane took a 22-caliber pistol and a knife to Chardon High School last Feb and fired 10 shots at a group of students in the cafeteria.
