Judge denies bail for suspected Auburn shooter

OPELIKA, Ala. -- On Thursday, a judge denied bail for a man accused of killing three people near an Alabama college campus.
22-year-old Desmonte Leonard of Montgomery, Alabama faces three counts of capitol murder and two counts of assault.
He has yet to enter a plea. Police said that Leonard killed three people at an apartment complex near Auburn University on Saturday.
Three others were injured.
If convicted, Leonard could face the death penalty.
