Judge denies Sandusky's delay request

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky asked for more time to prepare his case, but a judge denied his request.

Sandusky's case is still scheduled to start on June 5. He's facing 52 counts of child molestation. Sandusky is accused of sexually assaulting young boys for more than 14 years.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges and is now under house arrest.
