Judge says Lougher fit to stand trial

TUCSON, Ariz.-A judge says the man accused of killing six people and wounding Congresswoman, Gabrielle Giffords will be fit to stand trial.
The judge ruled, Jared Lee Loughner will eventually be mentally fit to stand trial, but his treatment, at a facility in Missouri will be extended for four more months.
Loughner has pleaded not guilty to murder, and attempted murder charges.
