July marks deadline for flood damage assistance

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – FEMA will cut-off applications for flood damage assistance on July 5th.

FEMA announced they would provide assistance for homeowners impacted by the floods on Feb. 14th and March 4th.

Homeowners or renters with flood damage can sign up for FEMA and the Small Business Administration.

If a resident is denied by SBA, other FEMA assistance can relieve of flood damage.

To complete the forms, contact your local emergency management office.

SBA signup can be completed by clicking here or by calling 1-800-659-2955 on Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
