Kids help mother save baby using CPR
MARIETTA, Ga. -- A Georgia mom can thank two elementary kids for saving her baby's life.
A nine-year-old and ten-year-old were both playing outside when they heard calls for help.
They rushed to the house and when they got inside they discovered a woman's baby was not breathing.
They told the mother how to perform CPR.
The kids say they learned the CPR from signs at their elementary school.
"Push on the baby's chest five to ten times, using two fingers, tilt back the baby's head, plug the nose, and then breathe into his mouth," said one of the kids to the baby's mother.
"He said it so confidently that I just listened to him. I mean right away," said the baby's mother
The baby has recovered and is doing well.
