Kokomo school bus driver arrested for OWI

KOKOMO, Ind. -- A Kokomo woman is locked up after she was arrested for drinking and driving when she was behind the wheel of a school bus with kids on board.

Fifty-six-year-old Theresa Mast's blood test came back more than two times the legal limit.

A Howard County sheriff's deputy saw the bus swerving along U.S. 31 Saturday afternoon.

"They were on their way to an event when the coach realized there was some erratic driving and behavior,” said David Barnes.

All of the students were transferred to another bus, no one was injured.
