SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Korean Mexican fusion restaurant A Bite with Mee is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring Mayor Mueller to celebrate the opening of their brand-new food truck.
The ceremony is set to begin at 10 a.m. at La Casa de Amistad on Sept. 3.
After the ribbon cutting there will be an opportunity to meet with the owners, Robyn 'Mee Sun' Klingerman and Jairo Aleman, and try their food while hearing about their food journey.
“We are taking a giant leap of faith without knowing the outcome. We believe that we can reach more people, be more effective, share our story and nourishing food with the community as we continue to learn and grow with this extension of our business,” says Robyn “Mee Sun” Klingerman.
