KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. -- The Kosciusko County Community Foundation has approved an emergency grant of up to $31,000 for the Milford Food Bank to provide immediate support to residents across Kosciusko County.  The first grant of $15 000 was released on October 31. If SNAP benefits have not been released, the second grant installment will be released.

Approximately 1,400 local households rely on SNAP benefits that are currently deferred. The Foundation’s Board acted quickly to help ensure vulnerable children, families, and seniors in the community do not go hungry.
