Kosciusko County officers arrest woman on meth making charges

KOSCIUSKO CO., Ind. -- The drug arrests continue as Kosciusko County officers arrested another woman on meth charges.
48-year-old Regina Paluchniak was arrested on preliminary charges of making meth.
Her charges stem from an incident in June involving a meth lab investigation.
She faces felony charges for possession of meth.
