Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office searching for missing Syracuse man

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. – The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate 63-year-old Thomas Walter Moore, Jr., who was last seen on December 9.
The last contact with Moore occurred in Goshen when he left work in his green 2018 Kia Soul.
Moore is described as 5’7”, 219 pounds, with grey hair and green eyes.
