Kosciusko County Sheriff searching for driver of Dodge Ram Van

The driver is a white male and he is described as bald, 6 feet 2 inches, and around 180 pounds.
The man was inside a garage on EMS W29 Lane near North Webster. When the man was found, he drove off in the van and the victim took these pictures.
The van did not have a license plate. The windshield is cracked.
