Labor Day carnival hit with heavy storm over the weekend

RIVER ROUGE, Mich.-Wild weather ruined some early holiday weekend fun for those in Michigan where a crowded Labor Day carnival was forced to shut down Saturday night.

High winds, rain and hail slammed the carnival in River Rouge before people could take cover. Tents got tossed around, and festival goers had to run for shelter. Several people injured including children.
