Lace up your shoes this weekend for heart health

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Every 34 seconds, someone dies from heart disease.

But simple things like walking could help decrease your chance from getting it.

That's why this weekend ABC 57 is proud to sponsor the Heart Walk in Elkhart County.

I will be there with my walking shoes on to emcee and help raise money for the American Heart Association.

The walk is at Ox Bow Park from 1 to 3 p.m. this Sunday.
