LaGrange Sheriff's Department seeking info related to shooting

The LaGrange County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help with information on a car and a person who may have been involved in a shooting on August 21.
The shooting happened in the area of 1000 E. 350 S in Stroh, Indiana, between 9:15 and 10:15 a.m.
They are seeking information on an older model gold or tan sedan, possibly a Chevy Lumina or Malibu.
They are also seeking a man who is white, with a shaved head, medium height, thin build.
