Lance Armstrong facing loss of 7 Tour de France titles

Seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong is throwing in the towel.

He's giving up his fight against doping accusations. Armstrong faces losing all of his titles since 1998 and a ban from competitive cycling for life.

This decision came just days after a federal court in Texas dismissed his lawsuit seeking to stop the U.S. anti-doping agency investigation.

Armstrong has long denied using performance enhancing drugs and has never tested positive in his career.

He said his decision is not an admission of guilt.
