Lane closures on section of Napier Avenue begin May 8

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. - Lane closures on a section of Napier Avenue begins on Monday for a resurfacing project.
These closures will be in place from Plaza Drive to Crystal Avenue.
During this time, one lane of traffic will be opened in each direction for traffic.
In addition, Pipestone Road will be closed to all traffic at the Napier Avenue intersection.
Local traffic should use the detour route to reach homes and businesses.
Northbound Pipestone traffic will use M-139 to get to Pipestone.
Southbound traffic will use M-139 to Napier Avenue to Plaza Drive to Fairplain Drive to Mall Drive and then Pipestone.
The entire project is expected to wrap up by September 30.
