Lane closures on the U.S. 31/20 Bypass begin August 21

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Lane closures on a section of the U.S. 31/20 Bypass begin August 21 on the west side of South Bend, according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
Lanes and shoulders will be closed between Brick Road and State Road 2 while crews complete a number of projects in the area, including signing, striping, ramp and auxiliary lane improvements.
Work will be ongoing through mid-November.
Drivers should be prepared for changing traffic patterns during construction.
