LAPORTE COUNTY, Ind. – The Michigan City Police Department posted to Facebook on Thursday that the LaPorte County Health Department will not be receiving their weekly allotment of the COVID-19 vaccine, forcing appointments to be rescheduled.

Appointments originally scheduled for February 19^th through the 22^nd have been rescheduled to the following times:

• Saturday appointments will be moved to the same times on Tuesday, February 23^rd.
• Monday Appointments will be moved to the same times on Thursday, February 25^th.
• Friday’s appointments are to be rescheduled through the week.

Patients will be contacted about the changed appointment times, with those making appointments moved to the week of February 22^nd.
