LaPorte County prosecutor ordered to step down for 60 days

LAPORTE CO., Ind. -- The Indiana Supreme Court has ruled that the LaPorte County prosecutor will step down for 60 days without pay.
The court found that Robert Szilagyi forged signatures he needed to refinance his home after his 2009 divorce.
The chief deputy prosecutor will fill in during Szilagi's absence.
