LaPorte restaurant targeted for sex discrimination

LAPORTE, Ind. — The Indiana Civil Rights Commission is targeting the Colima restaurant in LaPorte for sex discrimination.

Michana's News Channel reports that an employee claims she was subjected to unwanted and explicit comments throughout her time at the restaurant.

Witness testimony backed up her claims. Documents show that owners failed to do anything.

A public hearing will be held before any action is taken.
