SOUTH BEND, Ind.-Halloween is a little over a week away, but you and your family can get a head start on trick-or-treating at the Potawatomi Zoo’s annual “Zoo Boo”!
Sunday is the last chance to experience this year’s safe trick-or-treating event. Guests can enjoy pumpkins, lights and decorations, candy, a haunted train ride and carousel rides.
The event was also hosted Friday and Saturday, but Sunday is going to be their busiest day yet. You should plan accordingly and expect long lines.
It’s a decades old tradition that brings in nearly 12,000 people annually.
Since this is a family-friendly event, adults are prohibited from wearing masks that cover their faces. There will be several treat stations set up throughout the zoo.
The last day is “Little Boo Zoo” because it’s geared towards young children ages 7 and under since the event is during daylight hours and decorations aren’t as scary.
Sunday hours are 12 P.M.-4 P.M.
Admission prices are:
Adults: $10
Children ages 3-14: $8
Seniors ages 62+: $8
Ages 2 and under: FREE
Tickets for the train ride and the enchanted carousel are $2 per person. Children ages 2 and under are FREE.
