19-year-old Elkhart woman falls victim to a hit and run
ELKHART, Ind. - The launch of the beloved Elkhart River Queen was delayed Monday morning because of a leak found in one of the boat’s engines.
The leak was found in the port engine shortly after the boat descended on the water, according to Tom Shoff, manager of the Elkhart River Queen. It hadn’t yet been unhooked from the crane.
The River Queen will be relaunched next Monday, June 26, between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.
