NILES TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- A lawsuit has been filed against Niles Township by a marijuana business following a vote from residents to ban marijuana establishments within the township
More than 20 marijuana businesses had announced plans to open, including one called Haze.
Haze claims they met all the state requirements that grant an operating license and should be allowed to open.
