Lawyer selected for school board position

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — The South Bend Community School Board has selected a local attorney to fill a vacant spot on the board.
Stan Wruble will replace John Stancati as the District 2 representative. Wruble will serve on the board until the end of 2014.
He attended Riley High School and is currently an adjunct law professor at Notre Dame's Law School.
And he is a part-time public defender for St. Joseph County.
Wruble's first meeting is set for June 17.
