Leaf pick up available in Elkhart through the end of summer

ELKHART, Ind. – Residents of the city of Elkhart can push their leaves to the curb for city pick up starting on Monday.

Anytime between Monday and Friday this week, residents can rake their leaves to the curb and the Elkhart Street Department will remove them, free of charge.

For those who wait put their leaves out after this Friday, the Street Department will pick up bagged leaves each week, but residents must call the department ahead of time.
