Local bar owner responds to smoking ban decision

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- The owner of Mitch's Corner said he will be able to stay in business now that the common council voted against the smoking ban.
Mitch Zultanski said he doesn't smoke but as a business owner he wants his customers to have the option.
Zultanski said, "This means that my bar and other bars in South Bend will be able to survive."
