Local car dealership hosting a pet adoption event

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Gurley Leep Subaru in Mishawaka will be hosting a pet adoption event in the dealership’s showroom from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday.

The local car dealership has partnered with South Bend Pet Refuge to help find pets a forever home.

“We are active with Pet Refuge. We have a partnership with them where we sometimes raise money and get food for the animals there or we do pet adoptions. Whatever we can to help to help them out, so we can help our little furry friends find homes,” said Mike Anderson, General Manager of Gurley Leep Hyundai Subaru.
