SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Fighting Irish secured the victory in the first round of the College Football Playoffs over in-state opponent Indiana 27-17.
It goes down as the 7th straight win over the Hoosiers for the Irish, Indiana still not claiming victory at Notre Dame Stadium since 1898.
