Local leaders lobby for immigration reform

WASHINGTON D.C. -- Lawmakers from Elkhart are in Washington D.C. lobbying for immigration reform.

Both Elkhart and Goshen's chamber of commerce presidents were at the capitol among 600 other religious, law enforcement and business leaders from across the country.

"Business, faith, and law enforcement are all standing together, pushing for reform," said Americans for Reform member Ali Noorani.

Their goal is to find a way to legalize the 11-million undocumented immigrants already living in the United States.
