Local real estate company announces new partnership and name
MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A local real estate company announced a new partnership and name. The national partnership allows Cressy and Everett to expand their business.
Grubb & Ellis and Cressy & Everett will now be joining forces and going by the name Newmark Grubb.
The business is a large growing company with offices across the United States and five continents.
Despite the national name, the group says they are still independently owned and are the same company you have known.
"So we're still locally based, although our territories run all the way from Illinois to Ohio and southwest Michigan through Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, etc. But we're based here in South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart. And this is where we live, work and play," said George Cressy, CEO Cressy & Everett.
The company says it allows them to now have resources they did not have before.
