MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Feeding the Nations and students from Covenant Christian School in Mishawaka teamed up to collect supplies for Puerto Rico.
The National Guard is also helping to get the supplies, including food, water and medicine, to the island.
"Anyone who has lost everything in Puerto Rico, they'll be taken care of. As many people we have in the shelters there we're going to send it to them and just bless them with it," said Joshua Page-Wood, Co-Director of Feeding the Nations.
The truck is headed to Florida where it will be loaded onto a cargo ship and taken to Puerto Rico.
