Expect sunshine today and dry conditions - we are done with snow for now. Today will be the coldest day of the week with highs nearing 40, but a big warmup continues through the week. Highs will be nearing 50 by Thursday. Sunshine will last through Wednesday, but clouds build in on Thanksgiving with rain chances arriving late in the day. Showers continue into Black Friday and last through Friday night. Past today, temperatures will be staying seasonable, we'll be in the 40's through the rest of the 10-day forecast.
