LoveWay Inc. hosts 2nd Annual 'Barn Boo-Nanza' in Middlebury
MIDDLEBURY, Ind. - LoveWay Inc. invites families for some spooky fun in a safe environment exclusively for families with children with disabilities.
LoveWay Inc. is a nonprofit that provides equine-assisted services to individuals with disabilities. They’ll host their 2nd Annual Barn Boo-Nanza on Friday, October 27, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at LoveWay’s Barn in Middlebury.
This free event is LoveWay’s free trick or treat event for children with disabilities and their families.
Organizers say the event highlights include:
- Sensory-friendly environment
- Greet some of LoveWay’s spooktacular horses
- Costumes encouraged (no scary or violent costumes)
- Trick or Treat at decorated barn stalls. Treats include small toys and trinkets, snacks and candy
- Fun games
- Opportunity to meet other families and new friends
- Meet the LoveWay staff and volunteers
“We invite families with children with disabilities to come and experience the magic of LoveWay, create cherished family memories and have some fun at LoveWay’s Barn Boo-Nanza,” said Shelley Becker, LoveWay’s Executive Director. “Grab a costume or come as you are, and join us for an evening of fun, laughter and community.”
The nonprofit is accepting candy and small trinket donations for trick or treaters.
In addition, the nonprofit is looking for sponsors including Stall Sponsors that can decorate their stall for $250 donation, Candy Sponsors at $100 or Game Sponsors $50.
Donations whether they are items or monetary donations can be dropped or shipped to LoveWay at 54151 CR 33, Middlebury, IN 46540 marked Attention: Barn Boo-Nanza.
