Low water levels causing concern

SAGINAW, Mich. -- There is growing concern about low water levels along Saginaw Bay.
Experts say the levels were about a foot lower than last year.
A spokesperson with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says lack of snow and rain are to blame for the low water levels.
Business owners say it's going to cut into their profits.
