Man accused of exposing himself in public

ELKHART, Ind. – A man was accused of exposing and touching himself in public on Sunday, the Elkhart Police Department reported.

At 2:19 p.m., officers were called to the area of Bristol and Cone Streets for reports of a suspicious person.

Officers were told the suspicious person was exposing himself and touching himself while on the sidewalk, according to reports.

Officers found the suspect walking in the area.

This case will be sent to the prosecutor’s office.
